Now, Salesforce is taking a significant step forward by partnering with LIV Golf, leveraging Agentforce and AI in an attempt to enhance the fan experience and modernize the sport.

The two have agreed on a multi-year deal, with Salesforce branding expected to be at LIV events soon, starting with caddie bibs and on-course signage.

Salesforce have been making their mark on the sporting world for a while now, helping different brands maximize their reach and handle their customer and athlete data. They work closely with their local professional basketball team, the Golden State Warriors, and help the UFL (United Football League) deliver personalized experiences for customers.

One of their most notable clients is F1, who have been using Agentforce and Data Cloud to respond to customers and personalize experiences for users. F1 has already boasted relative success stories, reporting that they respond to customer queries 80% faster thanks to Agentforce capabilities, and first-call resolution rates have boosted to over 95%.

With Agentforce already making waves in the sports industry, the future looks promising for LIV Golf. They intend to leverage Salesforce’s AI capabilities to the fullest, enhancing fan engagement, transforming broadcasts, and supporting their players.

  • Streamlined Tournament Operations: From equipment to staffing, Agentforce will make event logistics more efficient while helping partners find better sponsorship opportunities using real-time audience data.
  • Supporting Global Growth: Agentforce will help LIV Golf run events smoothly across different countries, tailoring fan experiences to local audiences and surfacing insights to grow the brand.
  • Enhancing Player Support: Salesforce and LIV are exploring how Agentforce can give players wellness insights and performance tips, both on and off the course.
